Our very exclusive Seasonal clients receive the VIP treatment. We have a limited number of seasonal spots each year to provide the best service. Once we're full, our Seasonal team exclusively focuses on these seasonal clients and we cease taking on additional seasonal clients to ensure a dedicated commitment during the season. Seasonal service is for those who want a worry-free winter. The contract starts on November 1st and ends on March 31st, giving you 5 months of snow coverage.
Pay-Per-Visit Services work for those who don't want a long-term deal and cater to sporadic needs. You can call us when you need your snow cleared and our Pay-Per-Visit Team will be happy to help!
Both options include FREE salt spreading (you provide the salt).

- Regarding Driveways with Municipal Boulevards: Driveways featuring municipal boulevards will be billed according to their size.
- Flexibility in Pricing: We understand that some properties may have more extensive walkways, sidewalks, or require extra clearance. In such cases, price adjustments will be applied accordingly. The illustrations and pricing is subject to change per property.
- Free Salt Spreading: Rest assured, if you provide your salt, we'll distribute it at no extra cost.

During our route and on repeat visits, all snow windrows will be cleared. Anytime after that will be by request only and there may be additional charges.
